Shipping

We ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland using either DPD, Royal Mail or Evri based on the size of your order/product. If we are provided with tracking information we will inform you of this via your email address provided on your order. 

Shipping rates are as followed and are based on the total weight of your heaviest product; 

Small Product; £6.99

Medium Product: £11.99

Large Product; £15.99

Postal Product; £4.00

Customer Care

Products are not suitable for a dishwasher or soaking in water, this will significantly reduce the life of the board and impact the appearance. 

Please use a damp cloth and a normal anti bacterial spray is suitable. Ensure the board is thoroughly dried before putting away. 

We recommend applying a light coat of our board wax to restore the lustre and condition. 

The appearance of the wood may naturally change over time. 

Do not leave to dry or store near a radiator as this will dry the wood and may cause warping.

We have a variety of different woods that we would happily create a bespoke piece for you. Each piece has its own character, grain and colour. Listed below outlines the woods we recommend and are most popular, if there is a certain type of wood you wish to have and it is not outlined below please do get in touch as we may be able to source this.

Engraving

We are proud to be able to offer an engraving service for each piece we create. Please drop us a message with what you would like and we will discuss with you the best way to bring your ideas to life.
